Dear Reader: I still exist

Well, after a very intentionally taken three year long sabbatical, I return to this blog as an act of desperation, of procrastination- finals are upon us!

First order of business:

I definitely did may or may not have done this last week.

Second order of business:

Since I have actually zero desire to study, I will provide you with a detailed update of my life:

I just ate two servings of Ben and Jerry's ice cream

In fairness to me, this was half because I sprained my ankle pretty badly so I literally had to roll down my dorm's hall to get to the freezer. And I was not about to roll back without eating enough ice cream to make the journey worth it.

There you have it, the missing three years of my life.

I'll try to return to you with some crafty stuff soon, though it's rather difficult to make things in a dorm. Example: I made my first batch of pot cookies here. We had no cookie sheets so I had to make them in a soup pot. Thus, pot cookies. I think I'll try pot brownies sometime, too.

Since blog posts without pictures aren't very aesthetically appealing, here is an image of me learning how to use my computer's camera.

Is this face aesthetically appealing?

I think that posting this picture of me, unshowered and unchanged after jiu jitsu, is something that I will look back on and think, "that was a great idea!"
